The app also supports the command line interface if you are into that sort of thing. Along with all the basic renaming functions, the app is also capable of using the information from file properties to rename the files accordingly. It's funny how long a list of ships I have that I want to make or remake at this point. Siren is yet another advanced batch renaming utility. Please feel free to modify the ship to fit your in game needs. The mods I used to assist with the screenshots came recommended by Taidyr, who makes some fantastic content as well. I used some of Whiplash141's scripts on the ship, including their braking script for "flip and burn" situations, and a few of their mods for taking the screenshots. The script was updated by ColTeH for my use. Its an older script and I couldn't find the original creator. If you want a new list, it'll ask for a name.Christen it whatever you want, and you're done.I use a light changing script to switch around the interior light settings. It also has tools will help you to write, keep and reuse expressions, move and copy files, sub-directories, you can work on a complete directory tree, it has undo & redo, main and thumbnail image visualization, usable from command line, etc. The program will ask if you want to either import that into an existing list (basically adding those systems/channels) or create a new Favorites list. Siren is one of few file renaming programs that support RAW image format files, including formats like Canon CRW or CR2.
Then, start the x386HP version of Sentinel and choose "Import from hpe", navigate to where you saved the export, and select it. Siren is a tool that allows us to rename files in (sub) directories based on an expression.
If you have large numbers of files need to rename, Siren is the best choice of you absolutely.
If you wanted to save it to the actual folder for Sentinel BCDx36HP, that's under your Documents, as a sub-folder under Uniden.Ĭ:\Users\(user name)\Documents\Uniden\BCDx36HP\FavoriteLists Thank for Scarabe Software, the publisher of Siren, the powerful and easy to use file renaming tool. Then, when it it goes to create the file, have it save to someplace you can find it easily from the new version of Sentinel.įor simplicity, I just used my "Downloads" folder in the Favorites section because it's easily accessible & quick to find. You'll have the option to give the export a 'new' name, and select which of the systems on your Favorites list you want to export (or just select all of them). Use the "Export to hpe file" option under the file menu dropdown.
